A little background on me:
I got into crypto in 2015, and I’ve been a full time dev in the Web3 industry for the last 3.5 years - building smart contracts and web apps.
~2 months ago I started digging more into Moxie and felt very aligned with the long term vision for Moxie, and was very impressed with the Airstack team (these guys ship!!).
I’m not here to turn a quick profit. I’m here because I believe Farcaster and Moxie could play an important role in this next era of the internet, where users have ownership in the networks and communities they are apart of.
I have ideas for channels, frames, and games that I’ll be working on over the coming weeks and months, and hope to collaborate with other builders too. My Github for anyone that is interested:

There's a lot of talk about the amount of changes the Airstack team has been making to Moxie over the last couple weeks.
An analogy that hopefully explains why I'm not concerned, and why I even see it as necessary:
Imagine launching a rocket to the land on the moon without it being able to adjust its trajectory with the thrusters along the way. It just isn't possible. Not every variable can be predicted or accounted for before the rocket is in flight.
Like the rocket, Moxie is a complex system with lots of variables that have second-order effects and need to be set to some initial value. Before launch, you set these variables to your best educated guess. But once you're in flight, and you have real world feedback/data, these variables will need to be adjusted to stay on the desired trajectory.
Ideally as Moxie matures these variables will stabilize, but it is still very young.

First pic is my dracenea 4 years ago, and the other is from today. I’m always surprised when I look back at how small it was when I first got it.
Growth is typically such a gradual and slow process that on a day-to-day basis, we often don’t notice or feel it.
But if you keep working on anything consistently and intentionally, you may look back at where you were 4 years ago and be shocked at how much you’ve grown

Lets compare to halvings in the Bitcoin world. Emissions are cut in half, which is:
- bad for miner revenue
- Hugely bullish for BTC hodlers since sell pressure from miners is cut in half
In Moxie, you are both the miner and the hodler. Rewards have been cut in half (in Moxie terms), but the bullish side of this is the reduced emissions of Moxie.
Reduced emissions == reduced sell pressure
For the project to succeed, the price of Moxie needs to increase over time. This reduced emissions is the path forward to get there.
Don't forget MOXIE/USD is up 42% in the last month.
I’m bullish as I’ve ever been on this project, especially after yesterday's community call. The team is focused on the right things imo 🤘

Its a small archipelago of coral islands 70 miles west of Key West, Florida. DT was first discovered by Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de Leon in 1513, and he referred to the islands as the "Turtugas" due to the high number of sea turtles found there. Eventually the US acquired Florida from the Spanish and later began construction of Fort Jefferson on Dry Tortugas as it was positioned in a strategic location for naval warfare.
Crystal clear water and a beautiful snorkeling spot - if you're ever in Key West, highly recommend taking the boat ride to spend half a day here 🐠
