Exciting day tomorrow! Head of AI labeling is stoked!
The global deliveries numbers for Tesla are clearly an exponential. It is crazy to think about it but these are just the early days of Tesla. There is a long road ahead!
Just got a roof rack for my Long Range MY. Roadtripping through SoCal next month and debating between a roof cargo box or bag. Leaning towards a bag (don’t need much extra space), but boxes are more aerodynamic. Lot's of contradictory info online about the impact on range. Any advice or experiences?
had my model 3 for four months and already repairing the second windshield crack.

still worth it tho
Self-driving cars will change the way we commute. Prices for rides will inevitably decrease substantially, and so the way we think about transportation will completely change. That means that we will probably need to increase the "capacity" of our roads, and so tunnels might be a good solution
The Tesla Model Y is very close to becoming the #1 bestselling vehicle in the U.S. for the first time ever, according to new data from Experian.
agree on this. although i still need to intervene FSD at least once per trip, the fact that tesla is pushing to operate anywhere vs. waymo's well-trained routes will ultimately accelerate growth faster

"I personally think Tesla is ahead of Waymo. I know it doesn't look like that, but I'm still very bullish on Tesla and its self-driving program. Tesla has a software problem and Waymo has a hardware problem. Software problems are much easier; The latest (Tesla) builds, they've made really good improvements. I'm really impressed with what the team is doing. Waymo looks like it's winning right now, but I think when we look in 10 years and who's actually at scale and where most of the revenue is coming from, I still think they're (Tesla) ahead." - Andrej Karpathy

changed my lock chime to Mahler, symphony 1 movement 2. might be a bit much
Tesla is not only a car company. It is much more than that. If it wasn't clear before, it is clear this quarter, where their energy business is up more 100% YoY. ⚡️⚡️

Elon Musk also expect SEVERAL THOUSAND Optimus robots by the end of next year!!! In the call Elon stated:

"We expect to have Optimus production version 1 in limited production starting early next year. This will be for Tesla consumption. It’s just better for us to iron out the issues ourselves. We expect to have several thousand Optimus robots produced and doing useful things by the end of next year in Tesla factories. And in 2026, ramping up production quite a bit. At that point we’ll be providing Optimus robots to outside customers. That will be production version 2 of Optimus."
Tesla Cybertruck outsold the Rivian R1T and Ford F-150 Lightning… combined!
Tesla FSD has been getting exponentially better. It is likely better than the average driver
June, the Cybertruck was the best-selling vehicle in the US priced over $100,000.
