Chicken cutlets with broccoli 🐔 🥦
Turkey will do instead of chicken. It's also very healthy and low-calorie meat!
You will need: 500 g minced chicken, 200 g broccoli, 2 tbsp bran, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 onion, 1 egg, spices.
Preparation: Chop the broccoli and onion in a blender, mix with the ground chicken and add all the other ingredients. Form the cutlets, put them on parchment and bake in the oven for half an hour at 190 degrees.

You can enjoy all the delicious taste of crabs in the migratory crab miso soup.
The recipe is also easy.
Wash the crab well to remove the dirt.
Remove the part of the triangle of the crab's belly, which is called "fundoshi" in Japan, and remove the shell.
Remove the fluffy things like the mouth and the gills inside.
Cut the center of the crab and cut it in half.
Put water and crab in a pot, add a little sake, and heat it. I'll take scum cleanly.

I did the lazy way of folding farfalle with just a middle pinch and the bows collapsed while boiling - do it the proper way if you want them to hold the bow shape

Gyoza day‼️
My dumplings use ground beef and pork.
The ingredients are minced meat, cabbage, leeks, and ginger.
I don't use garlic.
The skin is commercially available, but I prefer something that feels a little salty.
The wrapping method is not folded in half, but wrapped from 4 directions. The bean paste is less than folded in half, but you can feel the gravy more.
I've tried various ways to wrap it, but the whole family says it's delicious.
Because it uses ground meat, it is eaten with light ponzu vinegar.

Just a cat mom over here, making frozen pumpkin treats for my girl! Kami hopped on my shoulders, meowing in my ear the entire time (and yes, she got some at the end).

Zucchini in sour cream
It can easily replace potatoes, pasta, porridges and other familiar side dishes.
You will need: 700 g of zucchini, 200 g of sour cream, spices.
Preparation: Cut the zucchini into cubes, fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and season. Pour in the sour cream and simmer all together under the lid for another 5-7 minutes on low heat.

Tried a few olive oils over the years. I like this one as my all purpose olive oil. Some batches are grassy than others but a solid product for price point.

Yesterday, I sat down with management at Prahran Market, Melbourne’s oldest food market, established in 1864, and was presented with an opportunity to lease a site in Market Square—an outdoor courtyard set to be reinvigorated with events, activations, music, and live sports on the big screen, with the market hand-selecting operators to shape its future.
With the local council investing heavily in the market’s upgrade, this is a great chance to secure a spot early and be part of its long-term growth. The plan would be to relocate Nouns Deli, utilising as much existing equipment as possible to keep costs down while moving into one of Melbourne’s top food destinations.
Prahran Market attracts 70,000 visitors each week and is evolving to meet a younger, more food-focused audience. This move puts us in a high-traffic, high-visibility location with room for future opportunities. Hi all, I don’t think I have formally made an introduction. I’m Evelyn, a Singapore-born chef and certified nutritionist who came into cooking after a personal health journey—making it my third career.
I spent 14 years exploring kitchens across Thailand, China, and beyond, worked as a sous chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and built a social enterprise in Thailand feeding slum communities since COVID.
Now based in LA, I bring a fresh, modern take to Asian cuisine as a private chef, curating meal preps, events, and food content—while also cooking Mediterranean, French, Middle Eastern, and Mexican dishes for my clients.

Today’s lunch: quinoa, kale salad, and crispy golden chicken
The first meal I cooked after getting home from weeks of travel :)
I cooked the quinoa in chicken broth and seasoned it with garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and salt and pepper.
I sliced up the kale into thin ribbons and mixed it with a simple balsamic vinaigrette. I also added grated cheese. Since I didn’t have parm, I used Merlot BellaVitano cheese.
I pounded flat slices of chicken breast, coated them in panko, and fried them in olive oil until crispy and golden. I added some roasted pumpkin seeds as a garnish for a little extra crunch :)
