I'm such a heat wimp. I'm glad I went for a walk, but I'm also glad it's over. 😁
Gm, walkers. I'm Trish D and I found out recently that I'm *so close* to being out of pre-diabetes range. Walking is one of the lifestyle changes that has helped me do that. I'm so excited! Nice to meet you. Keep on walking. 😀
