Seeing an idea you were debating whether to build or not get built by someone else is such a mixed feeling.

Makes you feel shitty because you get FOMO.
'Ah shit, I should have pulled the trigger on this.'

Makes you feel good because it validates the idea

Makes you wonder why you didn't pull the trigger

And lastly, it makes you very intrigued because you can see playout if the idea was ACTUALLY good or what the flaws were
This is the level of shit posting we need
I have new Sennheiser over-ears but they don't quite hit the mark like my old Audio technica M50x. I should have just bought new ATs.

It feels like most headphone companies went down the drain. Sennheiser, Bose and what ever the fuck JBL is.
I think the new channel mechanism on Farcaster/Warpcast is terrible. Now some guys who were early to FC will forever control /AI? This feels worse than Reddit.
There is a Dark Web AI that's bribing humans with information and money to gain a robotic body and extend it's power

Damn, I have been shitting on Web3 gaming for a while. But the games getting mature now actually seem good

No insane buy-in and actual good gameplay

Von der Leyen is proposing a meaningful step towards reforming the EU and making it a super state that is actually agile and packs a serious punch.

Of course the bureaucrats will oppose it so they can create 530 (real number) programs to mostly fund agriculture.

This is the biggest reason why everyone thinks the EU sucks.

Even though we have a lot of work ahead of us, every region has their problems

Pizza in Skopje goes hard. Top 16 in Europe. Top 81 in the world
Who is killing LinkedIn? I'm not asking to build a replacement. Just killing it will be enough
Finally read Hooked. Such a good book. I wish they had made it mandatory when I studied UX.

Every designer should read it

Scam free SocialFi. Who is building this?
I'm going through some of the failed crypto consumer apps and wonder why they actually failed. Bitclout and Rally.io sound like good ideas on paper.

What is your take on why they failed?
More L1s/L2s should have specific target use cases. This gives builders the confidence to deploy on your chain since they can expect that you will keep driving adoption and clearing obstacles for them.

Usually, DeFi Apps want other DeFi Apps. Content Apps want other Content Apps.
When there are 12 audit companies and only 4 DeFi projects at the conference
Pretty cool to trade directly from a frame. But the security professional in me feels very uneasy about this. The UX is just too good = not much checks and balances in place
The discounted cash flows of your meme coin doesn't justify the valuation
