In an alternate timeline in which the Roman emperors didn’t funk up this perfectly fine calendar, the Gregorian reform would be just adding an extra one extra weekend every 8 years.
People in the 2040’s will one day be posting these early generated AI arts as the vintage “2020’s style” throwback parties. Supposing people still party then.
Since the dumb membership update now I’m stuck posting on geopolitics.

Apparently I’m not a member neither of ENS or Ethereum, or any other group.
Twitter is still blocked in Brazil but I do for some reason get notifications about dms (and for some reason, Elon’s jokes). I was already cleaning myself out of it anyway.

If you want to reach me, don’t bother there: contact me here or Bluesky (avsa.eth.limo)
I used to be a “One Laptop per Children” supporter. I’m now a “No laptops for any children” advocate.
This is my presentation given on Bridges Conference 2024. How to make the "impossible map", a world map like you've never seen before.

A while back I read about a new physics paper on how everything could be connected in a single log log chart of mass and size. Once I read it I knew I had to make a poster out of it. And once I did that I decided to sell it online.

So here it is, please check it out and read the post about it:

Is there any way to cash out your own money from tornado cash that won’t make having a black helicopter called on you?

At least you should the video at the end because it very cool
Cixin Liu on Multiple Universes:
- Well, the amount of total mass in our universe affects the rate of expansion, and therefore removing or adding mass to it might be the difference between the Heat Death or the Big Crunch. However..

Hollywood on multiple universes:
- What if Spider-Man had sausages for fingers?
There are two new proposals up for onchain voting on ENS but here’s the real good news: it’s free to vote! ENS is covering your gas!

See @lefteris.eth you can now both vote AND take your whole family for dinner! 😉

Did I really just watch a 3 hour movie on the Manhattan project that did NOT include the Demon core story, Feynman lock-picking hijinks or the actual bombings?

Instead we get one full hour of Oppenheimer renovating his passport or whatever.

Glad I picked Barbie at the theaters.
You know who would be a really great catch for Farcon? Jay Graber. 😉
Cancun-deneb killed my home staking node. My 2 year old Dappnode can't keep up with the sync. Might have to upgrade the whole machine.
One of the biggest criticisms I hear about ENS governance is that it’s always the same people voting for themselves. While I believe some continuity is crucial, I also believe in giving more votes to fresh deserving voices.

A real conversation I had:
- ..and do you think Bitcoin can replace gold?
- Well, what’s gold for? Have you ever used it to buy anything?
- No. But it’s an investment, something you should put as a small percentage of a diversified portfolio.
- Then Bitcoin has already replaced gold for that.
Random trivia: what’s the biome of the largest natural park in the EU?

1) Polar Tundra
2) Alps
3) Esteppes
4) Woodlands
5) Amazon rainforest

Bluesky is federating the right way. Mastodon is basically little social sites reading each others rss feed, while Bluesky is lead by a badass former zcash engineer.

If we truly about decentralized social, warpers should be integrating with At Protocol

Fun fact: chile is wider on the east-west axis than it is on the north-south axis.

Happy Brazilian new year, for those who celebrate it!
So 8years ago I released a test coin which is now becoming a valuable token. Market cap is still something like 100k, liquidity is almost nada but the community is nice.

I own a large bit of it. Don’t want to make money out of it: what’s the most responsible thing to do with it to avoid harm to others?
Bluesky is getting good again.
