If ICANN kill .io domains we should keep them running via ENS. Start with all the existing nameserver settings as of EOL date. Import to ENS with a txt record and you can update/transfer. Run some normal trusted-party DNS servers serving the nameservers listed on-chain. Pester admins to add them to their root DNS lists
