Oatmeal pancakes 🥞

Pancakes with oat flakes are very different from the usual ones with flour. And they are also much more useful!

You will need: 1 cup of kefir, 150 g of oat flakes, 2 eggs, 0.5 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp sugar.

Preparation: Grind the flakes in a blender and mix with warm kefir and eggs. Add sugar and baking soda, leave the dough for 5 minutes and put the pancakes in the pan with a spoon.

Omelet with chicken and broccoli 🍳 🥦 🍗

You will need: 4 eggs, 150 g of broccoli, 100 g of chicken fillet, 150 ml of milk, spices.

Preparation: Mix eggs with milk and spices. Finely chop the chicken and fry in a frying pan. Boil the broccoli inflorescences in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Put it all in the egg mixture and put it in a baking dish. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Pumpkin cheesecakes 🎃

The pumpkin must first be cooked – baked, boiled or fried until soft.

You will need: 200 g of ready-made pumpkin, 200 g of cottage cheese, 1 egg yolk, 50 g of flour, spices.

Preparation: Mash the pumpkin into a puree and mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Form round cheesecakes and fry in a pan for 3-5 minutes on each side.

Squash muffins🍆

You will need: 1 zucchini, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp starch, 1 egg, spices.

Preparation: Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, lightly squeeze and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Put the mass into molds and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

By the way, such vegetable muffins can even be baked in the microwave. 7-8 minutes at maximum power🙃
Shakshuka🍳

You will need: 2 eggs, 0.5 onions, 250 g tomatoes, 0.5 bell pepper, 0.5 eggplant, 40 g feta, 15 g coriander, spices.

Preparation: Peel the tomatoes and cut all the vegetables into cubes. Fry the onion and add eggplant and bell pepper to it. After a couple of minutes, add the tomatoes and simmer for 6 minutes on low heat. Make depressions in the sauce, put the eggs in there and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs and spices.
Cottage cheese pancakes 🥞

You will need: 180 g of cottage cheese, 250 ml of milk, 110 g of rice flour, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp olive oil.

Preparation: Beat the cottage cheese with eggs until smooth, add milk and flour and mix. At the end, add the olive oil, mix again and fry in a pan like regular pancakes😋
