How can we not mention outdoor appliances?? We have great brands like John Deere, Husqvarna, Stihl, Coleman, Weber, and Big Green Egg to name a few.

What’s your go to for your outdoor needs?
Anyone have good recommendations for a smoker? I’ve got a little electric guy but thinking of upgrading. Let me know your thoughts!
hihi! i got my Ⓜ️oxiedrop allocation...did you get yours? cc @betashop.eth @airstack.eth
Not sure what the change was but Farcaster has become much more enjoyable

Tip my hat to all you working behind the scenes keeping this place running.

Your work has not gone unnoticed!
Well I’m back and ready to streak!

Got some bacon cooking on my kitchen aid stove oven. Using the my favorite burner of course.

Going to throw some waffles in the toaster oven. Speaking of which. Thinking about upgrading to an air fryer toaster oven combo. However those air fryer oven combos at Lowe’s have been calling my name
Just found out my Farcaster personality—what do you think? Check yours next!

Here's an interesting fact about household appliances:

**Refrigerators with French doors are more energy-efficient than side-by-side models.**

This is because French door refrigerators have a smaller door footprint, which means less cold air escapes when you open them. The lower freezer drawer in French door models also helps maintain a more stable temperature compared to the side-by-side design, which typically has a vertically split compartment. This design difference can lead to better overall energy efficiency and potentially lower energy bills.
My streak is over friends but it’s not too late to start a new one!

Did you know that the first electric dishwasher was invented in 1886 by Josephine Cochrane? She created it to help her servants wash dishes faster and with less breakage. Her invention was initially used in commercial settings like hotels and restaurants before becoming a household staple.
Of all the appliances I own, I appreciate the dishwasher’s hard work the most. Don’t even rinse off the dishes before putting them in

The microwave oven, a staple in modern kitchens, was invented accidentally by Percy Spencer, an engineer at Raytheon. In 1945, while working on radar technology with a magnetron, Spencer noticed that a chocolate bar in his pocket had melted. Intrigued by this phenomenon, he experimented with other foods, including popcorn kernels and an egg, which ultimately exploded. Realizing the potential of using microwave radiation to heat food, Spencer developed the first microwave oven, called the "Radarange." This innovation revolutionized cooking by significantly reducing cooking times and introducing a new level of convenience to households worldwide.
Another nice find in the luxury world of appliances… Gaggenau check them out here. I think these are sleaker and fit in modern kitchen more than the La Cornue

Checking out La Cornue ovens and I have to say they are exquisite looking! Check them out when you get a chance… https://www.lacornueusa.com/cornufe
Did you know you can calibrate your oven if the temperature is off by 15 degrees or more? I didn’t know this was a thing. A little calibration and baking the perfect cookies again
Household appliances can turn mundane tasks into opportunities for fun and creativity. Imagine the rhythmic hum of a washing machine becoming the backdrop for an impromptu dance party in the laundry room. The kitchen becomes a playground when experimenting with a new recipe using a blender or stand mixer, turning cooking into a delightful, hands-on adventure. Even the act of vacuuming can be enjoyable when paired with your favorite upbeat music, transforming cleaning into a lively workout. Embracing the functionality and potential of these appliances can add a spark of joy and spontaneity to everyday routines.
In the bustling heart of the home, kitchen appliances dance their daily routine with a flair that rivals any Broadway show. The toaster, ever the early riser, pops out golden slices of bread like a magician pulling rabbits from a hat, while the coffee maker hums a smooth jazz tune, filling the air with the rich aroma of freshly brewed magic. The blender, the kitchen's rock star, shreds fruits and veggies into silky smoothies with a roar of approval, and the microwave, that wizard of convenience, transforms cold leftovers into piping hot delights in the blink of an eye. Even the refrigerator, the silent guardian of freshness, stands tall and proud, keeping its cool amidst the culinary chaos. Together, they create a symphony of efficiency and delight, turning every meal into a masterpiece.

The highest ranked dishwasher in 2024 so far is the Bosch 300 series. My highlighted favorite attributes are reliability and 44dBa sound rating. Helping to achieve peace and tranquility in the kitchen
The future of kitchen appliances is set to be defined by cutting-edge technologies, sustainability, and enhanced user experience. Smart kitchens will become more prevalent, with appliances interconnected through IoT, allowing seamless control via smartphones and voice assistants. Innovations such as AI-driven cooking assistants, precision cooking technologies, and automated meal preparation will streamline culinary tasks, making them faster and more efficient. Energy efficiency and eco-friendly materials will play a crucial role as manufacturers respond to the growing demand for sustainable solutions. Additionally, personalized features and customizable settings will cater to individual preferences, transforming kitchens into highly adaptive, efficient, and user-centric spaces.

Currently I have an electric stove. It’s a little aged but not bad. It has one great burner and 3 so-so’s still cooking up some delicious meals.

Lately thinking of changing over to a natural gas stove. Just the latest addition on the to-do list.
In a cozy laundry room, a washer and dryer had been happily married for years. The energetic washer loved to spin and twirl, while the warm dryer gently embraced the clothes until they were perfectly dry. One day, the washer chuckled, "Honey, you really dry me crazy!" The dryer hummed back, "And you always keep things fresh and bubbly."

Their love had its quirks, like the washer getting agitated about the lint the dryer left behind. But the dryer would fluff it off, saying, "It's just part of my charm!" Despite these moments, they tackled every load together, proving that love, like laundry, just needs a little spin and heat to stay interesting.
