Is the goal of Warpcast to write great content and it will get discovered?

Or build a community like on Reddit and just "hope" people come?
web3 doesn't change the physics, the first principles, we saw in web2.

It doesn't mean tossing out all the principles.

What it does it unleashes a new set of physics that overlays on prior incentives and mechanisms.

Whether it actually is "good" or "utopic" depends on the application.
Being a Product Manager is, at its core, leadership and drive.

Being a PM when Product Leadership lacks leadership is painful.

No one likes a leadership vacuum.

Because vacuums suck.

The superpower is leading your leader as a follower.
Ideology is not a product, nor is it a product strategy, but in crypto, some segments believe ideology drives everything. Ideals, point of view...those certainly contribute and are different from blind ideology.

I think we're seeing a lifting of the veil in the past month globally to be more clear-eyed on providing value.
"You know what happens when a company obsesses over customers and executes to satisfy them in every way possible? They become huge."

Are there crypto companies that have this ethos?

Worked with one which obsessed over token holders, and it's NGMI.
If token is the product, narrative is the product not just marketing.

To date, narrative is the pump and amplifier.

But the narrative is just as important perhaps more important.

The token then must be much more than attention-seeking. It has to embrace mechanisms to fuel itself.
Now I don't know whether it's worth it to start a channel versus just writing.
Talking about protocols sometimes is divorced from the token design. I've seen protocol conversations just about how the infra works. That seems to be missing the point.
So little conversation about how web3 should change the nature of work, employment, organizations. DAOs was one idea and I don't think it's the end state, just the draft. But one thing remains clear: quality leadership >>>> poor leadership. web3 doesn't change human nature.
@binji.eth -- I am studying OP in the context of studying and writing about protocols; at the protocol level, what are the distinct advantages OP vs other L2 (if it's due to optimistic consensus, are there trade-offs)? What's the next frontier of exploration in the protocol-level design space?
Is this definitely bullish? I know it should stimulate more liquidity, but do we know whether M2 from bank lending, which is often influenced by the fed funds rate, is up or down?

Market is bullish, but a 50 bps suggests the Fed is worried about something (other than inflation)
Thanks for organizing at Zeitgeist. @matthew

At the ethereum vitalik moving screening. Went into the line in front. False flag.

Unless you want to watch “My Old Ass” instead.

Solving a problem in private is self improvement.

Solving in public is a business.
Writing a draft essay on "what do protocols want"...and it leads to "they want more products". But it starts with understanding the objective function.
Network effects are seen as the holy grail, but evaluating, much less designing, still seems like thre can be rigor. Starting from the basics, looking to hear what others think as I apply this to different web3 projects.
Defragging the hard drive may be a myth, but defragging the brain is real.
Curious about others thoughts on protocols vs product.

I'm starting with two principles:

1. Protocols objective function is more products built on the protocol which drives usage;
2. Protocols solve problems for products; not creating its own design space to impute those into the product space.

Examples either in favor or against?
The right narrative reframes the game by rules where you are more likely to win.

One wine brand reframed wine's sophistication as complex; captured the market for those who want to learn about wine without looking stupid.
How do I interpret this BTCUSD vs Open Interest? There’s such a large positive gap now.
Who wants to be a brand ambassador?
Should the iOS Nouns app show the latest noun? Mine has been on 1105 since I downloaded it.
How do I get verified in #verify on Discord? I think I had joined nouns two years ago when I first heard about it, wasn't able to win a bid, but now I can't `/verify` now that I have a noun.

Sort of related question: but should noun participation be pseudonomyous?
