Day 3 of getting back into my fitness routine. Woke up early and did 30 minutes of fasted cardio on the Stairmaster. Will head back to the gym after work to crush legs tonight. Feeling great! My upper body is extremely sore from the last two days but it feels like a huge /success 💪

This was 2 years ago when I was at my peak strength. I was able to bench/squat 315 and deadlift 405. I'd be happy if I can get back there in 6 months or so.

PS: I love all types of music but I especially love some nordic death metal while I work out 🤣

I’ve loved weight training since I was a teenager but lately with life getting in the way and me making excuses, I haven’t done it consistently for at least 2 years.

Now that I’m settling into my new move and routine, I told myself it’s time to get back on track. I’ve been eating healthier and have woken up early to go to the gym 2 days in a row and it feels amazing. I’m super sore lol but it’s great. I’ve also lost 5 pounds in a little over a week. It feels like a huge /success. It’s so important to take of your physical and mental health.

All of my frames are still paused because of the attack on my vercel account but I ran this in local host just so I can share my stats frame again lol 🥲

Lately I've been putting a lot into LP instead of buying fan tokens. Currently I have 688 USDC / 279k Moxie in LP.

I have not looked at channel notifications at all yet lol

I did not take any positions in $MAXI and only cast this for educational purposes.

When doing TA, I personally only like look at the price action/market structure (swing highs/lows) and two momentum indicators (MACD, RSI). One of the strategies that does me pretty well and I like to use often is the MACD divergence.

You can see on the chart that the price action made higher highs but the MACD histogram made lower highs (purple lines). This is a potential sign that momentum is dying. The signal that it might be time exit the trade would be when the MACD histogram breaks below the previous low (blue line). As you can see in this scenario, you would have saved yourself some losses. Typically the higher the time frame, the stronger the signal. $MAXI is pretty new so this was on the 1 hour time frame.

I don't apply this kind of TA to $MOXIE because that is more of a bet on the utility of $MOXIE and Farcaster itself.

I've been a bit less active as I get acclimated to the move and my new job - but it's all going great so far! I'm doing well at my job, there is less stress working in a less corporate environment, I'm getting paid more 🤑 and I've always enjoyed South Florida.

There are some sick people out there. Shortly after I made this cast, I believe someone launched a ddos attack or something similar on my frame in an attempt to skyrocket my vercel bill. My normal usage was around 40k-100k invocations per day. This spiked to 1.5 million within a few hours. My duration usage is normally 20-60 gb hours per day and that spiked to over 2400 gb hours.

I’ve suspended my frames temporarily until I figure this out. They managed to take my bill from the normal $20 a month to $300. I created a case with vercel to hopefully waive the fees from the obvious attack. If I do end up having to pay it, I won’t be using my moxie gains to do so.

Some people really hate to see others do well.
