Since the channels update /justbuild is one of the top 20 most engaged communities (currently #19) on Warpcast. Happy to report that Deez has had a really great 48 hours, no more vomiting, he can grab chicken and chew again, so no more syringe feeding wet food. Still needs IV fluids a couple times a day, but now that his tongue is working, that will likely be coming to an end. We're not out of the woods quite yet, but we're definitely back on road to recovery. Woot

No one likes the value of their engagement going down or limits and caps being placed on them. Let's just try to remember how vastly undervalued $moxie is. This might impact us individually, but this will easily be offset by the reduction in daily sell pressure by farmers. Also, Let's never forget that its the spike in farming that is making this necessary.
As someone that uses my replykes as a Patreon style gift to friends, this is going to be a big change. But for all of the reasons I just stated, I'm not deterred in the slightest. I've been in crypto for 6 years, my ability to adapt is a badge of honor.

I tried reading this article a few times and tbh, I had a really hard time understanding it, even after a few reading. So, excuse me if I'm getting something wrong here, but it seems like there is some blaming happening here around price, activity, and expectations that I want to talk about.
I hope everyone understands, that no one person can lift a channel in value alone. Most Moxie channels are dominated by very low Farscore casters looking for big engagement from high score channel founders/mods.
Just look at how much Moxie BDE gets for his casts, in contrast to how much he gives to see the imbalance. So, this isn't a failure of "he" as much as "we" since BDE is one person, and a channel is a community. So, I just want everyone to understand the reality of what needs to happen.
You need a CLUSTER of high Farscore users interacting with a strong middle class, PLUS a spike in new users in channel to move the needle 100 or even 10x. This was always true. He's not going to save us, you are.

I've been wanting to do a cast about Aloha since I started the channel. Its a word that gets thrown around a lot, trivialized because of its packaging into tourism & products. People generally know its word that can mean hello, goodbye, thanks, love, which is fun and novel, but it's so much more.
The word itself means the breath of life. Its part our mandate to connect with the land and nature, we use it to describe our collective spirit of kindness and harmony, which you need to survive, when you're isolated in the center of the Pacific. You need Aloha, because that extreme isolation requires you rely on one another to thrive.
This reminds me of Warpcast, right now, its our size and isolation that has shaped our culture, which is friendly, kind. But things are going to change, we are at an inflection point. As our communities grow, we will need to choose between tribalism or our own version of Aloha, looking to one another to both survive and thrive, companions not competitors.

Update. Got back from the vet, turns out Deez had a fever, which might be from an infection that is tied to a bleeding ulcer. Would explain the vomiting. He got a shot, some additional antibiotics. We are going to keep him on IV for a bit and his meds, see how he progresses. Feeling upbeat, since we got home and he instantly ate the chicken I was offering him this morning, but he wouldn't take.
Deez is majorly food motivated and not seeing him go after it had me stressed. Anyone who has had an animal that suddenly won't do their favorite thing due to illness knows what I'm talking about. So, once again, tough little guy. Thank you for all of the kind words today 💛

Spent my first month not knowing what I was doing, zero engagement outside the community I brought with me. Would have just faded into obscurity, but then I started casting here, just replying, growing my following organically one caster at a time.

Question for the community.
Rough night. Diesel vomited a large blood clot a few days ago. Vet said no signs of cancer, but he's still struggling to get back on his feet. Vomited so much yesterday that he was too weak to walk last night, we thought he we were going to lose him. We had to give him an IV of fluids, feed him wet food through a syringe. He's much better this morning, but going to take him into the vet again later today. Its especially hard when they are this small, they deteriorate very quickly. He seems to have stabilized though. Tough little guy.
