The iconic lobby and reflecting pool of the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Imperial Hotel.
This is an old work from a job back in 2012 and was a low-poly asset for a game. I and another artist modeled this in Autodesk Maya 2012 and it was textured by another colleague.
The hotel was demolished in 1968, but the lobby and pool were saved. Both structures were moved from their original location in Tokyo and reconstructed in Meiji-mura, Inuyama, Aichi Prefecture, Japan.

I'm about to boot back into Windows 10 to do some file backups and maintenance. It's been almost two months since I last booted into it as I'm primarily a Linux guy, and I prefer to do all my 3D graphics work and crypto stuff with it.
Finally got some time to finish writing some blogs to post on Hive, but my brain is still in 3D artist mode.

The start of the week is not always an easy day, esp. for those with very difficult jobs (like me).
So, you turn on your best "killer elite" mode, do the best you can, and just start slaying each day. Then, rinse and repeat the next day and all throughout the week, until you make it to the quiet, comforting refuge of the weekend.
Have a great Monday, and amazing rest of the week as well!
