Can someone explain to me how does the Ethena’s off-exchange settlement work? It says that the asset is not deposited on a centralized exchange at all and only uses an “off-exchange settlement” mechanism.

Preconfirmation call #1 went really well. @justindrake presented on one flavor of the design and it is fair to say that based sequencing / preconfirmation will be an important unlock for L2 composability and restaking 🫡
