If I had to give one piece of advice, I’d say never let anyone crush your dreams.

Floral Friday! 🌺
Silent beauty blooming in the darkness.
Nature doesn’t need to shout to leave us speechless.

I found myself wandering through this serene spot in the Azores.
Sao Miguel is a blend of wild beauty and quiet charm, where every corner feels like it holds a story. This particular place felt like a sanctuary, hidden away from the world, inviting me to pause and simply exist. Nature here doesn’t just surround you; it speaks to you, inviting you to heal whatever chaos you carry.

Today, I’m signing off with a drawing instead of a photograph. I created this drawing a few years ago and almost destroyed it when I had only drawn the pupil. I wasn’t happy with how it was turning out. But in the end, I decided to keep going, and I’m glad I didn’t throw it away.

There by the calm shores of Cala Arena in Cabo de Gata Natural Park, I was just another part of the landscape with my camera, quietly watching the natural world go by. It was a warm summer day, and I was waist-deep in the sea when I lined up the wave in my camera. It was on the verge of breaking, and its energy was almost something you could touch. I felt a rush of happiness mixed with peace as I took the picture. The wilderness mountains in the distance were motionless, a contrast to the lively water in front of me. The clouds above seemed to be arranging themselves perfectly just for my photo. Taking that picture, I felt a simple, joyful connection to this rugged, beautiful spot. The photo turned into more than just a picture; it captured the wave of emotions I felt standing there, surrounded by the vastness of nature.

"Turbulence" is not just a photograph; it's a nautical odyssey frozen in time. Taken at sea, it tells the story of the ocean's restless heart, its surface caught in a moment of wild upheaval. The points of light scattered across this liquid canvas are like distant lighthouses or the sun's last attempt to pierce through a tempest's veil.
You can almost feel the salt spray on your face and hear the call of the gulls overhead, circling like spirits of the air. It's a picture that pays tribute to the wild side of the ocean and all the stories it holds. It is a reminder of that one perfect storm, where the world seems to hold its breath, and in the heart of that chaos, one finds a thrilling beauty—a beauty as profound as the sea itself.

I have grown in solitude, molded by forces I could not control. The wind has been both my tormentor and my sculptor, shaping me into something others might see as twisted or broken, but I do not feel broken. I feel tired, yes, worn by years of standing alone, yet deeply connected to the earth beneath me.
But even as I stand here, I know one day I’ll be gone. When that moment comes, I hope someone will remember I was here, holding on, standing tall, and trying my best to reach the sky.

Some days, I’m questioning everything I’m doing. Other days, I’m genuinely proud of how far I’ve come. It’s all part of my journey.

Good night with fragments of my soul, shared with you to bring a little warmth and peace.
Sleep well and let the night take care of you.
