Just me or gyms and yoga studios in Brussels are crazy expensive? Trying to stay healthy during EthCC but it's not as easy as in other places (or at least that's my perception)
Who else is interested in some yoga during EthCC week?
Security took my Higher skateboard deck on the way back to Poland because I didn't have a checked bag to put it in - at that point, I think I would have rather let go of anything else I was carrying except that!
Did my first ice bath today. It was far more painful than imagined, honestly didn't think I'd stick out the three minutes, loved it by the end!
Finding it pretty hard to look after myself while on trips, now understand why.
I'd beat myself up for not doing my full wellness routine, and abandon it completely, when in reality doing even 10% is actually still great.
Now I try to do just the little things - "Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly."

Learning a new calisthenics move (90 degree handstand pushup). Thinking about creating a multi-sig contract - I lock in n$ (then re-invested on-chain) and can upload a video when the move is completed, co-signers can review and if approved, funds returned (m% to co-signers).

Only advice I have as I turn 31 - the earlier you start yoga, the better.
It's truly one of those "if it's worth doing, it's worth doing badly" type deals.
Even from 5 minutes a day - the differences in posture, composure, attitude are noticeable.
The best thing about it - there is an entry-point for everyone.
