i was listening to Madhavan,
he said what drives willingness to pay is often the 20% that’s easiest to build.

people throw it out as an MVP and then chase their tails building the remaining 80%, which only provides 20% of the value.

what I have learned from building Maester is the importance of figuring out how to monetize at the early stage of your product development.

you shouldn’t be modest about it.
