Today's world lore is about the Shimmering Fields!
Further afield from the Squashroom Forest lie the Shimmering Fields. Luminescent flowers, pink grass and gnarled roots grow across these fields. The flat terrain is easy to traverse, littered with food, resources and outposts for adventuring Gooeys to rest and share their tales at the campfire.
The Shimmering Fields are home to some monsters, an ideal hunting ground for Gooeys to hone their skills. Living stumps are known to roam these fields, attacking Gooeys brazen enough to approach. Statues from long-abandoned shrines can be found throughout, and perhaps a roaming spirit or two!
