um so i made the mistake of setting up my tezos wallet w/ a mm 'snap.' & the snap has stopped working & i can't access that wallet & i can see other people having that issue & i contacted mm & there's a ticket open but this issue is unresolved atm.
so if i'm not minting certain things rn that's why.

i have been thinking about the phrase 'kill your darlings' (typically in relation to writing) and what it means for the larger non-written 'artworld.'
here is what i came up w/: you kill your darlings when you decide to get rid of an unnecessary [person], [idea], or [trend] in a piece of [art] or [art movement]—elements you may have worked hard to create but that must be removed for the sake of [art] & [the scene]..." - [remixed]
perhaps a thought that those in curation w/ its editing find resonates, too?

i've always been fascinated by portable and flexible structures, so seeing the work of antfarm and their inflatables was a revelation to me. i went on to make & install my own versions at galleries and festivals.

a friend just got back from venice & the biennale and shared this scent based work by Koo Jeong w/ me. apparently, 18 scent balls were hidden around the space and came out of the nose of the sculpture...!
