Is there a low-res, text only Farcaster client? All my social feeds have become oversaturated with images, memes, features, buttons, etc. I just want simple ideas in text.

Frames and Blinks are similar but fundamentally different things.
Frames have the advantage of the incorporating Farcaster data. Blinks are meant to work across the web.
