Excited for Tabor Robak's 'Broken Printer - Recycled Works' program at @verse. The artist will hand-design a new piece from the remnants of shredded works provided by collectors...
I have just collected "The phenomenon of optical interference, along with diffraction and dispersion, can also result from the interaction between incident light and the pigments applied on the pictorial surface." by Helio Santos on @objktcom
I have just collected "The presence of electronic bonds that allow the excitation and transition of electrons when they interact with light in the paint layer" by Helio Santos on @objktcom
Not a specific book but a very important artist book organization. Just discovered 'BAR' (Book Art Review) at the Center for Book Arts. if in New York check them out.

25 years ago we learned about the North American House Hippo. Relevant today. https://youtu.be/cvPwJQXzHm0?si=37jTiLJSOPTo7gZO
Rodeo doesn't sit well with me, not sure why yet but probably it's probably just image overload. Making (very) micro-payments to acknowledge an artist is great but it seems like a place to show WIPS, share and go deeper on process. It's interesting to see an example of @celadoor's photographic practice.

Just collected @teiacommunity "Custom Copyright Form Guide" by Ryan Tanaka. The important things often get o overlooked because the feature isn't flashy. 👍

Last year I submitted an exhibition proposal to display a series of anagrammatic poetry works based on tech companies' terms of service agreements. The recent Adobe shenanigans made me revisit the idea with a new piece titled 'Licenses To Your Content'.

M()N()printing over a year later working away on a new generative printmaking series destined for release on tezos... at some point. WIP.
@alejandro- series Fantasia has an interesting option to view a schematic of the artwork and music as the piece develops.

Autosummarize by Jason Huff, a reprinting from the (2010) project which used Microsoft Word (2008) to auto summarize the top 100 texts on Project Gutenberg. This process summarizes the texts in ten sentences. To note, this system is prior to Natural Language processing (GPT, etc), using a rules-based approach.
This little book is a gem in my collection. Print Outs - The Adventures of a Rebel Computer by Claudia Cornwall (1982). Tells the story of Edgar, the loneliness of a computer and his adventures as a poet, cartoonist, going on strike and being terrorized!
Been working on some rough mural sized experiments using the process from the recent 'Hydrologic' series and happy how things are scaling. ↗️ ☝️
Exhibition catalogue for 'Possible Futures' by Adam Basanta. The show 'speculates on absurd-yet-plausible arrangements and relationships between discarded domestic objects, biological and artificial ecosystems, and techno-cultural artifacts.' 👇
'Ecologies of Becoming' by Sougwen Chung is the first monograph documenting the artist/researcher's work covering their practice in drawing, machine collaboration, performance and more. If you can make it to the New York Art Book Fair today we have a sneak peak of the prototype at table D4.🤍

May be breaking the rules of the channel, but this upcoming book looks like a major resource and of interest to many in the channel.

'Output' - An anthology of seven decades of English-language outputs from computer generation systems, chronicling the vast history of machine-written texts created long before ChatGPT.
Assembling Intelligence AI Symposium...'will bring together artists, designers, and researchers to highlight a spectrum of alternative definitions for ‘artificial intelligence’.
