Observing (mostly) Antisocial Sunday today so I can focus on shipping some work and cleaning the house.
It's a good idea to take breaks - social media is a flood of information our brains haven't devolved to handle yet. Your brain can't synthesize new ideas as easily when it's carrying on ten million different conversations at once #science
