The benefit of the second-mover advantage is that you can watch projects compete to build the best onchain identity then pick the most adopted one to integrate with.

i.e. One that is still around after 12-18 months (or whenever VC funding runs out).
Friend appreciation post 🫶 :

3 years ago I made a list of people who told me to quit my job and start a company because I didn't have enough courage to do it.

@karthiksenthil spent almost an hour on the phone with me while I was nomading in Mexico telling me about Jeff Bezos, life regrets, and how time is on my side, because nobody would trade places with Warren Buffet now due to his age.

@samee idk what you told me but you're on the list LMAO

The other founders are in AI or some B2B SaaS Web2 shit so can't tag them on FC 😂

Wouldn't be here without the amazing friend support ♥️

TLDR; Don't let fear stop you.

Wake up
Make sure company doesn’t die

In the spirit of Founder Mode:

Sometimes we think we know what the market needs because we see people asking for it.

But in reality people ask for many things that should not be built.

Common example is a travel recommendation app. IMO in crypto it's NFT ticketing. One day I can see it work. But as it stands the tech is too clunky and I can't email you after.
They party 🇯🇵 we plan 🇹🇭 @devcon @lou3e
I love reading investor updates but don’t get to read that many (only from angel investments or when I beg my founder friends to share)
