Tbh I thought FWB Fest was going to be like We Out Here or Honcho when it’s more like PopCon, which is very cool in a different way.
I don’t know what got into me today but I decided that moxie is not gonna spend itself and felt the urge to contribute to the FWB migration to @base . Not the worst way to invest a tiny bit of eth to support the community and the ecosystem.
Ngl, winning the 2025 fest ticket raffle will be a nice bonus, too 🙃
Side note: love reading newsletters from @fwb and other groups like @boysclub. Really keeps me up to speed on all things outside of FC, especially since I’ve never been part of crypto twitter

the craziest aspect of FWB Fest this year was seeing internet friends who know nothing about crypto
i ran into music & art mutuals who were fully there for magical mountain forest mushroom vibes & never went up the hill for a panel
i know we hate this “culture” word but…

But this last time was different
I didn't gather business cards or LinkedIns

I talked with them for hours, I sweat with them, I danced with them

just arrived back in Melbourne after 4 beautiful days in Idyllwild
seeing Soulquest perform on the main stage, talking on an @iyk panel with @callmelatasha @stefdelev @chromuh, chilling by the pool w/ @amountainash @rafkats @mmazco and watching Zack Fox drop a Sound Of Da Police edit were highlights for me
