I'm around NYC until November 9th. Would love to catch up with friends or join events and feel the vibe. Considering relocating here as my main hub.

If you're here and we haven't chatted for a while lmk. Love to meet for a quick coffee, breakfast, or spend an evening.
Hard to leave for frequent conferences with a 1yo at home. Any tips?

I always try to get a cute souvenir that gives us happy moments when I get back.

This one is from Singapore :)
Traveling with babies is difficult already. Unfortunately there are many people that are insensitive to the struggle, which makes it harder. How can we make them become more aware?

I'm sure most people would be happy to help/accommodate if they understood
This week Open AI released Structured Output, and Mistral a similar feature, Agent API.

Great news for all building agents on top of foundation models. Still a way to go to make agentic workflows that are general and reliable.

About once a month I take one day off parenting and go somewhere else with my partner

I found that it is really energizing. Especially as a mainly remote worker, taking my body and mind somewhere else gives the space to spring new thoughts and reflections that make me grow as a parent
Make something people want *that is not pure speculation.

It's time to bring useful apps onchain!
Base up only
Rollups up only
Ethereum up only
I did this last year and couldn't agree more. I meet more people in SF now than when I was living in the city.

I'm in San Mateo now which has a very central location, 10min from airport and ~30min away from pretty much everywhere in the bay area. So I also +easily meet people in Palo Alto, Oakland, and NYC now :)

Talks about infosec and biosec in latest pod
We just published a new ROP (RIG Open Problem). The first one focused on blockchain infrastructure for AI

We already have one amazing team working on routing/MEV and hope to fund other relevant projects

DM if interested

The capacity of a blockchain is equal to it's direct capacity plus the capacity of all additional layers under its security

Base is Ethereum

So are all other systems that settle or are secured by Ethereum

It's a diverse and ever expanding ecosystem yet cohesive

Nothing seen before in crypto or otherwise

Live it!

@emostaque resigning from Stability AI is great news for /dacc
Gud thread to understand the problems rollups are going through as they significantly scale tx volume post 4844

And their proposed solutions in the short and medium term
There is also an option 3: multi-fast-evm superchain
It's been silent here! Linking the initial analysis of stake distribution from @julianma.

Analysis of different types of stakers is important when discussing potential changes to issuance.

In my latest post I make the case that the integration of blockchains with AIs will give rise to an Internet of Agents and discuss a path towards it.

Based on research done over the past year & examples from innovative projects.
