I love working with people who storm Kellogg's office and demand better ingredients for our kids.

Things are trending in the right direction.

I see my son saying ninjin-san (Mr. Carrot 🥕 人参さん) as he goes about his breakfast. Don't think he got it from me.

Is personification of foods common among japanese kids too?
Tell me your child is french without telling me your child is french 😅
Any advice on getting a toddler to stop hitting/ pushing their baby siblings?

2.5 year boy and 7 month boy

Older child is special needs and doesn't talk yet but understands very well
Feels like > 50% of my couple friends are either expecting a baby or trying to get pregnant.

What an incredible period of life to be in. Had no idea how magical this phase would be.
As this community recommends great products @matticus.eth is going to add them to our evav store

Currently I'm not making anything off of this but my hope is that any commissions earned will funnel into more mealtrains like we did for Will
One of the most common myths I hear, as a teacher and a bilingual parent, is that teaching kids two languages will confuse them or delay their speech. In our experience with OPOL, it’s the exact opposite! Our daughter is flourishing in both English and French. 🗣️

Kids are amazing language learners, and with consistency, they can pick up multiple languages without any issues. 💪

What myths have you heard about bilingual parenting? Let’s bust them together!

Fun was had this morning 😄
I started to read "Unconditional Parenting" by Alfie Kohn. It's my 2nd attempt to finish this book.😆
Actually, a very good book about parenting/for parents. I think it's the first book about parenting I've read that is so scientifically proven. The author refers a lot to social experiments, scientific data, and research made by other scientists to prove his point of view which is good with no doubt. Definitely recommend.
I'm not sure I could be feeling any more chuffed as a parent rn. Daughter doing photography with me... on Farcaster. does it get any better??https://warpcast.com/liltp/0x5abdc02e
"Ok Charlotte it's time for bed"

"Um wait a minute I'm just doing my planning for my class tomorrow."

I turn around to see Charlotte like this...

"Oh right what are you planning to teach them"

"Well they have a lot to learn about all the things, it might take me a long time. Maybe you just go to bed I will go when I'm done"

"I think you have planned enough for tonight Charlotte"

"But I'm a cool teacher, I have to make good plannings."

Great Wolf Lodge - the fall break fun never stops! 🐺

Another reason to visit Colorado Springs.

Overstimulated but having fun and the kids are having a blast 🎃
Fellow parents: this device change my life. I can’t recommend it enough.

As parents of a 2 y/o in daycare and a 6 week old, we deal with a lot of snot and boogers. Each week is a new onslaught of germs from school.

One of the best tools for keeping our kids happy and feeling good is the snot sucker. But the “manual” version requires doing the sucking yourself — effectively inhaling whatever germs live inside your kids nose (there’s a filter to catch the big stuff lol).

This is the machine version. Look into it. Might change your life too.

No more catching Noro and RSV simultaneously.
they grow sooo quick❤️🖤💚
Precious moments with family, where the gentle rustle of turning pages invites us to dive into the world of stories.
Shh, it’s storytime! we’re off to explore the wonders of our imagination. 📖
In our home, we combine bilingual parenting with gentle parenting principles. For us, it’s about nurturing our daughter’s emotional well-being while guiding her through both English and French. 💛

Whether we’re setting boundaries or working through a problem, we do it with empathy and open communication. Using both languages in our approach ensures that our daughter feels heard and understood, no matter which language she’s expressing herself in.

Do you practice gentle parenting? I’d love to hear how it works in your home!

Today my 5yo asked me what God is. I have to say, explaining this is not an easy task for an agnostic like me. Eventually, I managed to somehow explain the idea, but I'm not sure she totally grasped it...
My son and I have a new sport and it is all about trying to bake the world’s largest cookie.
