Ok.. i finished a 56 hour hybrid fast with 36 hours of hard dry fasting.. mental acuity on point, skin is cleeean, my sense of smell and taste are sharp as a tack.. inflammation is down.. new stem cells in the gut, mental acuity on fleek.. feeling like Kanye, and ya can’t tell me NOTHING..
