Wild how you can forget that making music can be healing/therapeutic cause being in flow is the most presence you can have.

Met a bunch of cool FC people in Toronto last night. @diana-pelenur was speaking about perspective as she's a photographer.

It got me thinking about how that's the only thing we have as people. And how that unique view shapes and creates the world for us. Just the act of sharing your POV is something new.

Curious how all y'all are handling promoting and content creation these days? I keep going between "I need to do more" and "I hate this shit".
