random tip for anyone who wants overhead lighting but find most lightbulbs too harsh-
consider getting half-chrome lightbulbs! they are essentially lightbulbs w the bottom half coated in chrome (silver or gold)

Still long ways to go in terms of education but baby steps (in the right direction)!

i had to overhaul my workouts after a big surgery this year: cardio/HIIT -> strength training, and have been working with a personal trainer to tackle all the stuff in the gym that used to intimidate me
