DeFi is the sector in crypto that stands to benefit the most from a friendlier regulatory environment in the US. It's the most mature sector, with products providing real value and generating substantial revenues. With a better regulatory regime, I expect to see some of the following:
- More token innovation
- Fintechs integrating more deeply with DeFi
- Acceleration of stablecoin adoption
- Influx of new entrepreneurs
- Expansion of market (more money flowing in + individuals / institutions getting involved)
