Lot to learn about life from Baseball โšพ

One lesson is relativity: you fail 70% of the time and in context of other players, that's actually really good.

But statistically, it's kind of crazy right? 30% success rate sounds pretty bad.

Not compared to other players.

The lesson: even if you think you suck at something, maybe a lot of other people suck too. And if you love the game enough, don't worry about high failure rates โ€” keep playing.
I spend my Sunday at home watching baseball~ Samsung, win!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‘
Think the twins can pull a win or what
so sad that this man doesnt get a lot of marketing like lionel or ronaldo
I'm here to watch Korean professional baseball. I'm a fan of the Samsung Lions!
Went to my first ever baseball game last night at Fenway Park!

Still not sure of the rules but was a hell of a vibe!
Got to coach in a tournament in Mexico over the long weekend.

It was cool to see kids compete and have baseball be the thing they have in common.
It's interesting how baseball, like ZK tech, involves a lot of strategy and often goes unnoticed until the right moment. You've got to appreciate the subtle plays.
I'm spending the week coaching a youth baseball tournament in Cooperstown, NY.

It's been an experience competing and living with a group of 12 y/o boys.

Teams come from all over the US to play baseball.

One of the features is pin trading. Teams make specialized pins to trade with other teams.

In some regards, the trading is as big of a deal as the actual games.

The funny part is watching kids learn about basic economics as the week progresses. Scarcity, brand, secondary markets, etc., are all unfolding.

It's been fun watching the team get more strategic about their trading and to watch them at work.

It doesn't hurt that this part of New York is beautiful and there are over 100 teams out here playing hard.
โ€œMy mom used to hang my art on the inside of the fridgeโ€

What talents did you have Tim?

โ€œI was shortโ€

Tim Kurkjian on LLWS is as good as it gets
the best baseball player in history only hit the ball 1.1/3 times

At the Oakland v Dodgers game in Oakland CA ! Touching grass since yesterday! From sequoia National Park to the Oak town Althetics house!!
As someone who used to like Gerrit Cole, he really needs to drop this holier-than-though, sanctity of the game bull shit.

Keep the ball in the park if you have a problem with people celebrating.
it's officially baseball season for me now! Go Yankees!!

the NCAA tourney is over.* what a great run for the Iowa Hawkeyes team. They really captivated basketball over the last three years. So amazing.

*obvs, i know the men are playin on Monday, but all I cared about was the Women's Final Four. so much excitement.
If your team is moving (As), itโ€™s like open enrollment, right?

I get to switch allegiance without any issues?

Or is there some fine print I need to know about?
Anyone know of a good strength and conditioning resource for teens? I help coach a travel ball team and a few of our players are getting interested in the weight room. I walked them through the basic compound lifts and push/pull breakdowns, but looking for more ideas to train explosive power/baseball specific stuff
