Glonkybot v2.2 - All rewards go to the original summoner!

All tokens deployed through @glanker will now have the ownership rights (rights to claim rewards) automatically transferred back to the original caster.

The only exception is when creating a token based on someone else's image - then the ownership rights will go to the original image caster (don't want people profiting from other people's art).

Just got off a 1.5 hour call with @yerbearserker where we mapped out the next steps for @glanker.

Features that specifically implement the new reward split feature in clanker V2 are next on the build list (think fees being split between outside smart contracts).
