I'd love to see moxie incorporate repeat engagement multipliers into Cast Scores (and frame rewards).
People are taking a spray and pray approach because a single response earns them the same reward as someone who made a good faith effort to engage. If they get put in jail they'll start a new account and do it again.
Make rewards dependent on history and you increase the barrier to entry to make farming worth it. Get put in jail and you nuked your history so starting over is more costly.
