Smoked my first brisket on memorial. Pretty decent bark and was very tender and moist. Can’t wait for the next one

Bought a smoker last weekend. Decided to try a pork butt today. Smoking at 250° then going to wrap at 160° internal and crank the heat up. Think I will spritz once or twice with some apple cider vinegar, water, and hot sauce mix.
