My 190 visa failed at the skills assessment level. I also failed in finding a 482 visa job. I switched to the 820/801 partnership visa application, and we will be submitting it onshore in January 2025. If it works, I'll get a bridging visa, then permanent residency after 2 more years.

The past 2 days my kid has gone to school, I slept/rested between 9am - 1pm.

Y'all, it's been 1.5 years of working with my immigration lawyer, but I have a feeling my permanent residency app to apply for the application (lol) might be submitted next week. It's the skills assessment. Then I wait for VIC to respond, get a chest x-ray, and submit the next novel of information.
