Running at rail corridor - SG today
Following @dopemandave.eth workouts
3k warmup
(1k@4:25 + 1k@4:05) x 4 sets
1k@4:25
3k cooldown
It was brutal lol. I need to take 2-3 min rest on the 4:25 min/km set (goal pace +sec set) before progress to the next set😂)
Will attempt this again in the week after!

Just completed my last month at my old AI consultant company on August and I just start my new journey as a founder for a medical AI startups
It’s a huge leap of faith that I did jumping to the unknown. Being founders could be stressful as hell but hope I’ll enjoying the ride!

Just did two runs this week
- Intervals 800@4:00/200m walk 6 sets
- easy 13k run
Reducing my distance and focusing more on speed works💪

Just back to running post-injury after a long 2 weeks break
2 weeks pause really increase my running HR (~10 bpm avg) but the good thing is that all my injuries including shin splints are all gone
Back on track🏃🔥

Last week #Olympics was crazy
What's also crazy is that the "Onchain Summer Challenge" hosted by @receiptsxyz just ended!
What's the challenge about?
How's the challenge data looks like?
Let's get right to it🏃

My knee injury recovered today - running strong first 9k @~4:30 pace
Run cut short again - got sprained ankle at 18.5k mark
Need to stop me from hurting myself this season💀

Run cut short due to accident. Hurts to see my 21k running streak disappear
What’s worse is that it’s Onchain Summer Challenge week🥲
But at least the wound is not that severe

First 10k ~4:40 (HR at ~165)

Doing zone 3 -> zone 2 run today
First 10k @ 4:45-5:00 HR ~160
11k w/ my friend @ 6:30-7:00 HR ~140
Quite amazing to me to see my zone 2 pace up to 6:30! My last zone 2 pace was at ~7:00-ish

The good thing about running on UTC+7 time zone is that my Monday morning run also counted as last week distance XD
I’ll take this as my highest weekly mileage this season😆

Another 21k done
Today I joined my friend threshold session for 2.5k
1k - 4:05 min/km (HR @ ~180)
1k - 4:30 min/km (HR down to ~175)
0.5k - 4:10 min/km
Consider that’s my HM goal pace, it’s a long way to go for my HM training!

After 5 weeks of running at my base pace, I can see quite a progression in my running performace
1-2nd week: 5:30 min/km, HR ~165-170
3rd week: 5:30 min/km, HR ~ 155-165
4-5th week: 5:15-5:05 at the same effort but HR remains at 155-165
Pretty cool to see my run progress over week
20W until my HM race!

The best upgrade from v1 to v2 is that it allows unit to changed from Imperial to Metric
Big change for non-US user like me who can’t divide/multiply distance by 1.609 in my head
