I’ll find time to brain dump all the emotions I went through while on the run.
Tldr;
- Ran a new trail route.
- Figured out reading topo maps while on the run; to some extent.
- Had a “navigational hiccup” at 15k but figured it out after 2 mins.
- Finished 3 plums at 21k.
- Questioned all my life choices from 25k.
- Further questioned already questioned like choices at 28k
- Hit 30k and tried to add an extra 1k, legs said no

A mid week run is a life hack! The week just seems shorter… or just makes it more enjoyable. Gives a good boost for the last two days in the week and suddenly the weekend seem so near! ☀️
A realization about setting goals: don't cap them.

Set all my personal records on a long run today. Set new PRs for 1k, 1mi, 2mi, 5k and 10k. Hitting sub 1hr 10k was a distant goal, but it has happened 🚀!
