Week 4 at #1 on the FC Strength Time leaderboard 💪 Currently at 4.5hrs and I still have one more strength day this week. Global leaderboard is brutal though... last week I finished at #12 😅

I kept thinking about buying treadmill for my standing desk, but got discouraged by reviews & small sizes.
This was on sale (still is) on Amazon for $50 & it is really good. It keeps me in a steady Zone 2 & is a solid workout.
Seems well made & reviews are great. Going to see how long I can go each day on it now.
