Any plans for receipts to mirror your social graph on farcaster? I find i want my following here to translate and not build the list all over again. It’s extra hard since farcaster usernames don’t seem to translate over to receipts.

Last week’s receipt. Started running again after taking a few weeks off 🏃
Not gonna lie, I prefer other versions of this exercise but it’s what the robot told me to do today!
WOD 10/14/24 LFG.

4 rounds 1min rest:

40reps kb rows each side

20rep kb front squats

50 bicycle crunches

30 KB farmers carry marches each side

45 seconds of kettle bell swings

Arms superset x4:

10-15 bicep curls
15 tricep floor extensions

Started and ended with a nice stretch session. 🥵💪🏼
starting the week with some weighted pull-ups!
