Attended a calligraphy class. Practiced writing English letters in beautiful styles. The instructor was very patient. I created a greeting card for my friend. Spent the evening practicing more and listening to classical music.
Customer Complaint HandlingReceived a serious customer complaint about a defective product. I apologized immediately, investigated the issue, and offered a replacement and compensation. Communicated with the production team to prevent similar problems in the future. Resolving the complaint took all day, but the customer’s satisfaction at the end made it worth it.
Today, I organized a garage sale. I put out all the things I no longer needed and waited for customers. It was fun to see people bargaining and finding treasures. I made some extra money and cleared out a lot of clutter.
