IMHO you should also nominate some guys who are really interested in data/tipping analysis and have some dev skills.
Most of the guys listed below are more like Warpcast celebrities and I'm not sure whether they'll have time for checking tip casts (I'd love to be wrong with my assumption) 😉

While @razdva is doing a "great contribution" to Degen community and climbing even higher there are still some "stars" who haven't even taken an effoft to hide their tipping behavior and diversify tipping among a group of users.
Basically those listed below do A->B and B->A tipping on regular basis.
Table showcases only those examples where A is a top tipped user for B and B is a top tipped user for A, so a perfect A<->B tipping cooperation.
