I've seen this first on /airstack but it was NFT gated through a Frame flow, now @ds8 shared this today and makes so much sense. With new channel changes you can still keep a version of 'follow' on your page and allow the same rights using a invite code for the CTA button at top of link. Works so easy, keeps your channel members growing if that's your objective. Play on, player....

Content onboarding experiments? What content would you like to see to drive /growth?
/purple is interested in funding experiments that focus on onboarding more interesting content to Farcaster. We have a 38 ETH treasury, and what better way to use it than addressing the highest priority issue in the Farcaster ecosystem: content diversification and user retention. Thanks for sharing a few weeks back @ccarella.eth

Connections or memories - what is more important?
Tried to onboard tonight with:
- One cold-storage wallet
- One on/off ramp card account
Both failed. Both given for free as part of aggressive marketing spend or co-branded tactics to rapidly drive acquisition.
💡 Too often I see products 'hyped and over marketed' when they fail to even work yet.

- On-going ad targeting for 2 months
- First ad served on Instagram, Facebook (clearly bidding much higher than everyone else)
- Slightly lower ad slot position in Twitter
- I’m not even eligible to vote or a US resident/citizen
A likely outcome of middle-man pushing for budget and complicated metrics combined with great salesman to convince people it’s working. Even sadder that this is a NFP org.
