Which one did you achieve lol
I recently stumbled upon a Netflix series that's got me hooked on longevity.

It's about "Blue Zones" and it explores areas where people live healthy and very long lives.

These are places on Earth where people routinely live past 100.

What do they do differently?

It turns out, it's not one big thing, but a bunch of small things:

- They move naturally throughout the day
- They have a sense of purpose
- They know how to de-stress
- They stop eating when they're 80% full
- They eat mostly plant-based foods
- They put their families first
- They have strong social circles

Most of us are doing the exact opposite.

We sit all day.
We're stressed out.
We eat until we're stuffed.
We're always rushing.
We're disconnected from our communities.

This series made me rethink my daily habits.

Small changes can have big impacts over time.

Health is wealth.
Guesting on a podcast? Quick checklist for you 👇

After 2 years of producing The Metaverse Podcast and now marketing the Searching for Mana podcast, here are my tips for guests to make sure the episodes are of the highest quality.

1. Internet and equipment
↳ Have strong and stable internet connection
↳ Make sure all your equipment (mic, camera, headphones) is charged and functional
↳ Test your audio & video at least 10 min before the recording

2. Pre-recording setup
↳ Have a glass of water nearby
↳ Be online at least 5 min before the recording time
↳ Close any other programs running in the background to boost your computer's processor
↳ Notify people around you that you are recording

great marketing is saying one thing 100 times, not saying 100 different things one time
This episode of Growth Stories Minicast with @jhv of @safary 🦁 is next level.

I made a few notes on onchain growth:

1. Community, then product.
Safary started by first creating a community of growth leaders, then developing their platform based on community needs.

2. Consistent activation
Safary found success with rituals. They religiously host a weekly audio community call. Same day, same time, forever.

3. Be the one that maps your industry.
Their market maps and databases of the Web3 growth ecosystem have gone viral due to their uniqueness and value to the industry.

4. Focus on Revenue
You track impressions, TVL, and many other metrics... but are you generating revenue?

This podcast episode is ON CHAIN, which means that you can collect it.

22 people (and counting) have already minted this episode.

Collect it here: https://pods.media/growth-stories/the-top-1-web3-growth-leaders-in-one-place-w-justin-vogel-safary?referrer=0x244D1B8587D427599C7b59540407a7709881Ac2F
How many times you succeed is directly correlated with how many times you’re willing to fail.
Nice little incentive to be a top 100 caster every day ;)

Fight me on this, but…

You can run without a CMO, but you're dead without a social media manager
Your Linkedin company page is invisible and here’s what you can to about it…
(practical guide with 5 quick fixes)

1. Post and push
When you post, click on 'notify employees' and they will receive a notification and (hopefully) engage with the post.
You can do this only once a day.

2. Use up your credits
You get 250 credits to invite 250 of your connections every month to follow the page.
Use them all at the beginning of the month.

3. Is it shareable/saveable?
Thought leadership in PDF form performs exceptionally well. Write a really good report/thesis and post it.

4. The Tiktokification
Give short videos a try for a month…

5. You're losing real estate
Gone are the days when your links showed a nice big preview. Upload your chosen thumbnail to the post as well, whether it's an article or youtube video.

We wrote about these in more detail in today’s edition of Growth Stories.

Dropping today at 1pm BST.

Token2049 in one month... we need to rethink the typical conference approach.

The goal for companies organising side events should be maximizing impact and onboarding new participants while revitalizing the traditional conference format.
