A recent growth hack I have been trying out - when stuck w a mundane task, ask yourself : can I automate it w a combo of GPT+ Claude + Cursor?

Used it to sort a CRM of all folks I met at Eth Denver, directly from my TG messages. Saved me an hour I guess.

Putting this into growth because it’s genius!

Kid#4 made €1 because she “was smart scamming my friend”. Yes you read right. She’s 10.

Step 1: pass secret messages between friends.

Step 2: make it obvious that there are secret messages passed between cabal friends

Step 3: when someone asks for reading the message, make them pay.

Step 4: get the money and disappear while they read the message. The message is something banal (eg hello, hello, hello, hello).

Excellent tool. Only used on mobile so far and such a smooth experience for tracking keyword/brand mentions on the platform.

Side ask: @pfista if you can create a ‘bookmark’ within /buoy so I can go through list and make a ‘to-respond/review’ it would reduce my clicks and steps

Problem: I got a Cargo website https://bijan.ws/ – which I love. Now realized there is no option to integrate a blog.

I don't think this will be a periodic newsletter (yet). Next step is rather long form content that just has to live somewhere. Partly intended as evergreen content, partly as a growing library of hacks and frameworks.

Which set up do you recommend?
3 years building in the space & life almost comes full circle
2022: started with the idea of a web3 analytics & attribution tool , help dApps identify top users & engage w them
2023: struggled to find enough traction , realised early to the market
2024: iterated to launch a quest platform for growth, faced challenges wrt bots & low quality users
2025: 6 clients asking to build a tool to segment good questers from bad ones

when adopting marketing strategies for crypto, make sure to understand what you're optimizing for

nobody likes the marketing mullet:

the front: X followers, telegram and discord members
the back: no real users, no real onchain activity
you might not like it, but 100% of 10x sales people care deeply about their appearance

Rationale: FC needs more stars. We've (you've? Merkel has?) minted some new great ones already (thank you btw) but the truth is most people are passive in social, and the biggest pain point by far for massively popular creators is the fear of not being able to properly control their own audience. Pitch it as a place where you massively derisk deplatofming, demonetization, govt ban etc, and I think you could get some viral flywheels going for an exodus off somewhere.

Not set up for short form video RN I know, but the rednote moment could have been farcasters in a slightly altered universe.
