i am going to be 55 in few months, things todo:
- do more what brings me joy
- don't do to please other people, this is what i am still struggling with, especially with close friends and family, how can i say NO to them gracefully?
- prioritize health, this is also sometimes conflict with family and closed friends schedule ... need to be more strict with my available schedule. Like say to them, I am only available between 9-11 am and 4-7 pm.
- I would say the ability to say NO is superpower.

Sleep has been my biggest thing for me, easier said than done, especially for my age.
Probably major factors to get sleep ‘right’:
- sleep alone, with eight sleep
- eat last meal early
- balancing playing sports at night with friends has been hard, I have been over strain consistently on my whoops.
All those 3 not been consistent, that’s my problem.

I also have a bad like urine habit during sleeping, like waking up min 3 times a night ... so interested in the pelvic chair, and of course made six pack? not sure if there is any negative on having a six pack? I might get attached of my own body, that's the one i could think of.

I am a minority, so obviously Yes i want DEI but not at the mercy of Merit.
1. Merit probably in most areas should be #1 priority, then DEI could come 2nd or 3rd otherwise the products or services will probably suffer over time.
The reason why US companies, especially tech is so dominating in the world is due to Merit first, then probably DEI second.
Our product is so good in the world - that they can't ignore, is due to Merit first.
2. Technology by its nature is anti egalitarian, which means there will be an unequal outcome.
I totally agree that we should have an equal opportunity BUT that does NOT guarantee an equal outcome.
If US should take the lead in tech, then there will be an unequal outcomes. This is the reason why in Europe is more equal, because they are NOT leading in tech (kind of hate tech with all the regulations).
Can you imagine if the best products/services including AI comes from other countries?

Cooked sop rawon today, native to East Java ... according to tasteatlas is one the delicious soup in the world. Not sure how legit the publication is.
The secret ingredient is black nut called kluwek, it is a fermented form while the raw form is supposed to be poisonous ... Interesting huh?
Anyhow, the recipe requires quite a number of ingredients: kluwek, garlic, red onions - paste and stir fry till fragrant. Candlenut, coriander, white pepper, turmeric, lemon grass, kefir lime leaves ... all crushed and put into the soup/water and heat it up (around low medium heat till tender)
Cut size beef, season with salt and sugar to taste. If you like spicy, chop some fresh Thai chilly.
If you could leave it overnight, the next day it will be more delicious.
Boom, you got yourself a treat in a lifetime.
