They said if we didn't sell, they'd stick a team of 50 engineers copying every single thing we did.
They still haven't caught up...

I was on a call with a user at 1am yesterday.
By 4am I had the fix out and applied to their account.
That’s customer obsession. It’s hard but that’s what makes Awaken somewhat good.
