apparently i have a lipoma with some veins in it right above the abdomen, which the ultrasonography doc thinks should be removed, and i'll be seeing my own surgeon tomorrow, again.

we'll see what the report says. the funny thing is there is a mere fat lump in my left bicep, and i have started to think that the brain caused that one in order for me to notice the other one which I felt in the past but was led to think was just a organ/ vein end.
it does not hurt but the amount of mental exercise i've put in here to feel better is majestic and motivating. the only things that help me relieve are to work, to do physical exercise (HIIT) and to witness i'm loved 🌞
inadvertently fasting, too. so, i'll just hit the gym in the evening for the third day successively.
kudos. also, to feel you are cared for and loved by your immediate family boosts the morale, too.

It goes the same for DeFi powerhouses like Türkiye 🇹🇷 that people treat Binance as a low cost bank re: txns fees etc esp USD:TRY pairs in stables (Turkish banks are quite good compared to many, BBVA local chapter [Garanti] even offers their own crypto platform).
