Forgot to grab a post-cook picture, was too busy digging in.
Roasted chicken breast, with shallot, garlic and chanterelles in the pan. Sage, rosemary, and thyme on top with butter under the skin. Lots of white wine splashed about, and finished under the broiler.

"Tandoor" spiced chicken breast cooked over live fire hickory, bathed in a sauce made from the yogurt marinade.
In spirit it is chicken tikka masala, but the dish itself is streets ahead.
