It’s probably time to finally update my bio. I've found my next set of challenges for the coming months (or longer).
I just randomly woke up with a genius new idea. Made a note. Can’t sleep anymore.

Who can relate?
I’m unemployable. That’s the cast.
Quote-cast but change what the skeleton is holding.

It looks like that replies will show there if someone is not a member of the channel. This explains a lot.

Btw. following a channel is not enough.
I got shadow banned on Warpcast.

All my replies land in “See more replies”

Disappointed by the over aggressive spam filter.

Is there way out? I didn’t spam at all.

@dwr.eth
Big bot network started spamming channels. I flagged a lot of them, but there are many.

Common patterns:
- digits at the start or the end of the username
- random text about crypto without context and wrong channel
- follow for follow
- 0x address + image
isFarcasterUser = cryptoInterested && [other interests...]

Make the pie much smaller and hard to find active interest groups I care about. Bringing new people for that interest groups from outside crypto is even more harder.

Is it possible that Farcaster will break out of the crypto frame in the future?
Previously, I used Readwise Reader to generate and listen to audio versions of articles, but now I prefer using NotebookLM's podcast feature directly. It makes the content much easier to digest and more engaging.

I like this quote about Zuck from recent interview so much (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QciJ9ubeLQk): "he plays the company as if it's a turn-based strategy game and he just makes sure he gets more turns than anybody else and he makes sure that he learns more from each turn than the next player does".
I've been busy building. No time for posting for now.
NotebookLM's podcast feature is BIG!

Recently, I was dealing with a significant failure in my business that I couldn’t do much about, which I wrote about in my journal (filled with a lot of negative thoughts). I fed it into NotebookLM's podcast feature, and it turned into a coaching session with incredibly useful tips on how to reframe the entire experience. Just WOW. I'm feeling much better now.

If you don't have an idea for a business/startup, study this chart.

Thanks to this, I have more ideas than I have time. The market is lagging in many places and niches. With AI, it got even easier because that gap got bigger.

(Chart made in Claude)
It’s mind-boggling how Americans are getting duped by Russian propaganda on X.
I see even big accounts (for example, Palmer Luckey and many more) following propagandists.
We in Europe are more resistant to such things (but sadly, only younger people) and have other sources of information.
Russia has all the incentives to do that, so Americans won’t support funding for Ukraine. Sad.
Nice too see study like this, because 3 tbsp a day is my daily target for olive oil consumption.

Some people struggle coming up with ideas, we struggle with too much ideas.

I got another business idea but still haven’t finished the previous one. Who can relate?
Treating any disease is exponentially more difficult and expensive than preventing it.
➡️
The longevity leap is the closing of the gap between healthspan (the time you live without any morbidities/chronic diseases) and lifespan (the age at which you die).
The global average gap is 9.2 years (64 years in good health, 73.2 years at death).
➡️
By increasing your healthspan, you increase your lifespan.
Centenarians have the same diseases but much later and for much shorter periods.
If you have some chronic diseases (diabetes, heart problems, etc.) in your 30s and 50s, you are much more likely to live a shorter life.
➡️
(1) Delay chronic disease by trying to keep your health and biomarkers in the lowest risk category as long as possible.
(2) Delay biological aging by trying to maintain biological youth in terms of physical function, biomarkers, cognitive function, and sex hormones.

(The problem is that all of these biomarkers and physical functions decline with age, making it an uphill battle)
Big if true. That would explain OpenAI/Sam lack of response to competition in the last few months. He knew they have something much more powerful.

But not sure about it. Sus-column-r is not that good and in interviews they didn’t hint anything near that (1.5 years till PhD level model, models that are not more powerful that they have in public etc)

Cool use of structured outputs (new gpt4o feature that returns jsons according to schema) for better reasoning:

Got a new book. 😍

I will share notes.

Btw. if you don't know Siim you should. Check him on youtube or instagram.
@betashop.eth, is this purchase order by the fan token profile immediately after the auction ends desired behavior? Why is this happening?

It could easily be used by bots (and it is) because it's pure profit for the fastest seller.
It can't. Allowed types:

I had a nice idea for it. 🥲
