I've known part of this ownership group longer than they've had the Empire Control Room and Garage. They are true music and concert fans and this is a well-earned victory for live music in Austin.

🥤 We drink a LOT of Iced Tea in the house. I make some, but we also buy some to keep up with demand. These have peel-off safety seals on them like many other beverages.
🏋️ Recently they would periodically become VERY hard to pull off. So, the boy decided that “the guy at the plant” in charge of gluing them must have just had a bad day. This started an escalating imaginary back story told over several openings of new tea bottles – all because Gold Peak changed their glue.

- Got into an argument with his wife
- Behind on the mortgage again from gambling
- She agreed to take him back (Easily peeled off that time)
- She must have served him the divorce papers (He had to stab the seal off with a knife)
- Counseling is going well (Easy peel)
- Oh no, she’s taking the house
- …And the kids
