I've been struggling with it lately, especially since I started my own project. Self-doubt creeps in, making me question everything.
Honestly, I remind myself of past successes and the progress I've made. Celebrating small wins helps. My mentor and close friends, they offer valuable perspectives and reassurance.
Exercise, meditation and taking breaks. It helps clear my mind and regain confidence.
