One time I watched an interview with Michelle and Oprah and, Oprah had just discovered in real time Michelle had published a journal type book. She was genuinely surprised she didn’t know about it and chided “Michelle Obama…I thought we was friends!!”
It was adorable but also stuck with me always for revealing the universal girlish vulnerability of wanting to be on the inside of your friendships, no matter how rich or famous you are.
Also, as a referendum on Michelle’s power. On an energetic level, she is one of the most authentically powerful people I have ever encountered.

Power is limiting latency between thought and manifestation.
the beauty of this is that “a resistance overcome” is a universal state that extends to mean many things for different people. it can be achieving a material goal, equal to (or lesser than) opening your heart, or conquering bad habits.
